Scroll speed: 130–150 wpm. Watch the pace readout rather than the raw number: a narrow phone screen fits fewer words per line, so it needs a higher px/s for the same delivery.
Font size: 36–48 px on a phone, 56–72 px on a tablet used as a camera-side prompter.
Display: White on black to keep screen glare off your face, which matters more on a device this close.
