Reporting a bug
The most useful reports name your browser and device, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the prompter misbehaved mid-read, the scroll speed and font size you were using help a lot — those two settings explain a surprising share of issues.
Feature requests
Tell us what you were trying to do, not just the feature you have in mind. Knowing the job you're hiring the prompter for is what tells us whether a new button is the right answer.
Translations
If a phrase reads awkwardly in your language, or a page still shows English text where it shouldn't, send the page address and the wording you'd use instead.
Privacy questions
For anything about data handling, see the privacy policy first — it covers what's stored, where, and what the analytics do. If it doesn't answer your question, ask.
